   Job board with verified employment profiles, community feed, industry news, services directory and direct messaging. Free at launch. Employees always use Mandali free.

   A store marketplace for buying and selling stores within the community, background verification for manager hires, and collective buying with suppliers. Alone a store. Together a force.

   Later

   Tools that run the store day to day, including point of sale, payments, and fraud and chargeback help, built for owners who already use and trust Mandali.

How we reach store owners

Word of mouth is how this industry works. Owners find employees, suppliers and even their next store through people they know, and it is a big reason these family businesses have grown so strong. Mandali is built to spread the same way.

• Community festivals. Mandali plans to sponsor festivals where store owners already gather, such as Navratri garba nights and Uttarayan celebrations across the East Coast and Southeast. Some of these draw around 2,000 people, and many of the visitors own or run stores.
• Owner-to-owner referrals. Every market has a few owners everyone knows. When they use Mandali, their network follows.
• Employees join free. Every employee who builds a profile makes the hiring pool better for every owner nearby.
• Time on the ground. Four years of in-person conversations across New Jersey, Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia and Florida. We do not cold call this community. We are part of it.

What success looks like

We measure Mandali by hires completed, not sign-ups. The first goal is simple: an owner posts a job and hires someone they can trust, faster than they could through WhatsApp.
