Use Report on a post, comment, chat message, review or job listing inside the app. You can also Block a member, which removes them from your feed and stops them messaging you; your blocked list is under Profile → Privacy & Security → Blocked Users.
Reports create a ticket and notify our safety inbox. We aim to action reports within 24 hours. Posts, comments, job listings, reviews and display names are also screened by an automated filter. Include links or screenshots when emailing us.
If a post is held by our filter you will see “Under review — only you can see this.” If you believe it was held in error, email [email protected] with the text and we will review it.
Mandali signs you in with your mobile number and a one-time SMS code. If the code does not arrive, check that the number is entered with the correct country code and that you have signal, then request a new code. If it still fails, email us with the number you are trying.
Only store-owner accounts can post jobs. Mandali is not an employer or an employment agency: we do not verify listings or applicants, and we do not run background checks. Never pay anyone to apply for or secure a job. See the Terms of Use for the full position.
Some provider cards are labelled Demo for illustration. To request removal or correction of a listing that concerns your business, email [email protected] with the listing name and details. We respond within 5 business days.
In the app: Profile → Delete Account, or Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your login, your profile, your uploaded files including any resumes, and anonymises your public contributions as described in the Privacy Policy.
